If you have symptoms such as a fever, please first call a nearby medical institution (clinic or hospital of your local area).

Please receive a medical examination at a time specified by the medical institution. PCR testing for detecting COVID-19 or the influenza virus is conducted based on the diagnosis of a doctor (or you will be referred to a medical institution that can carry out PCR testing)
If you do not have a family doctor or if your inquiry is at night or during a time when medical institutions are closed, please contact the Kyoto Novel Coronavirus Medical Consultation Center.
